About us
It all began over 20 years ago in Tripoli, a vibrant city in northern Lebanon known for its distinctive food traditions. That is where we opened our first bakery. Today, we are excited to share our experience and passion for authentic food through We’re-Dough. Our goal is to offer guests exceptional savory and sweet pastries that feel rooted in tradition, spark familiar memories, and introduce the genuine taste of this menu to everyone who visits.
Most of our raw materials are brought directly from Lebanon by air or cargo, so the dishes stay closely connected to the traditions they come from. At the same time, we bring in familiar American favorites as part of the menu, including pizza and pizza pot pie, creating a mix that feels both rooted and approachable.
We want to share our passion for this food with people of all backgrounds here in Plano. We are proud to bring a distinct experience to the area, centered on dishes prepared with care and rooted in tradition.
Sajj: A flatbread that can be prepared with savory or sweet toppings.
Fakhar eggs: Eggs cooked on a special traditional clay pot.
Kaak: A sesame-coated street bread.
Lahme bil Ajiin: A puff pastry topped with ground beef and pine nuts, with the option of drizzling pomegranate molasses on top.

With locations in Houston and Plano, TX, the restaurant focuses on cuisine and baked goods made to order with freshly prepared dough, creating a setting that feels easy, casual, and comfortable.
